There are several reasons, including the fact you’re likely to grab a great deal on a machine with mileage. You may not need the newest AI features too (courtesy of an NPU, which this device lacks). For under $1,000, packaged with an Intel Core Ultra 7 CPU and an OLED display, the HP Envy x360 (14-fc0009na) is a strong candidate if you’re looking for a cut-price hardware refresh.
